What scientists do in laboratories impacts our daily life, and we, E-laborator, want to change and improve laboratories! Autolaboratories or mobile laboratories, offer the opportunity to bring all the facilities of a laboratory to the field!

Together with Envirotronic, we equipped the vehicle and made it suitable for these field missions. It was thermally insulated with chemical resistant panels, anodized aluminium profiles and stainless-steel surfaces that are not degraded by moisture and we chose a non-slip, easily cleanable, matte floor. We used ribbed aluminium boards to protect against mechanical impact in susceptible areas. Electrically, the vehicle was illuminated and equipped with 12-volt sockets to power the devices.

Such an autolab is ideal for those who need all the facilities of a laboratory for detecting losses or physico-chemical analyzes in the field. The space is arranged to meet the needs of the operators and is equipped with an operator folding desk, sockets for loading the equipment.

Leak detection autolaboratories meet the requirements of water operators and are equipped with the full range of products required for field operation: from tool kits with magnetic cap lifts and protective equipment to acoustic field detectors, noise loggers with system advanced correlation and telemetry, portable ultrasonic flow meters with dataloggers for recording and transmitting the collected information, high-performance laptop and all the accessories necessary for the effort to locate water losses in the supply networks. All equipment has been secured to prevent it from tipping over or colliding on rough roads.

Autolaboratories for physic-chemical analysis are the ideal solution for fast and accurate field measurements. They can be equipped with both portable instruments and fully automatic analysers depending on the complexity of the analyzes to be performed. These are 100% configurable according to the needs of the operators and allow the subsequent extension of the range of analyses.
